The rooftop pavilion project, SAMAA, introduces a modular design approach aimed at creating multifunctional terrace spaces while contributing to an aesthetic urban skyline. This innovative structure integrates elements of protection, ergonomic interaction, and fluid spatial design to enhance its functionality and visual appeal. The pavilion utilizes sustainable materials, including Balcoa bamboo poles, Tulda bamboo strips, translucent polymer fabrics, and ferrocement. These materials collectively ensure durability, lightweight construction, and environmental harmony. The design emphasizes adaptability, allowing the rooftop module to seamlessly transform into a space for leisure, community interaction, or environmental shading, presenting a harmonious blend of practicality and urban elegance.
