This one-time installation begins not in grand dining rooms but in a humble noodle factory in Kalimpong, where Chef Doma Wang’s story was shaped by hand-mixed dough and bamboo poles hung with noodles like soft constellations. Architect Udit Mittal interprets these memories through a dreamlike landscape of unfurling bamboo and gentle light. More inheritance than nostalgia, this experience honours craft, humility, and devotion — where the humble everyday noodle becomes poetry.
